Delivery

We ship across South Africa via courier. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Standard delivery (3-5 business days): R89
Express delivery (1-2 business days): R149
Free standard delivery on orders over R800

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works:

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery
Products must be unused, in original packaging
To start a return, email us at hello@ceveroliving.com with your order number
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.
